Expanded Simple Top Down Shooter

I didn't have enough time to make a game, so I decided to expand upon BosenCheng release of a Simple Concept Template: 2D Top-Down-Shooter released in December 2023. The gameplay hasn't changed too much, but in the code I've split how it operates into different scripts, ready for further expansion by other users.

Updated with bug fixes. Space will bring up the menu to adjust firing. Escape will kill the game.
